Beloved Friends,

We began our series of posts on divine healing on July 26 with the absolute assurance that God’s Word will NOT return to Him void, without result, without accomplishing what He desires, nor without succeeding in the matter for which He sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

That’s because God’s Word is alive and full of power. It is active, operative, energizing, and effective. It will bring healing to anyone who believes it and receives it. (Hebrews 4:12)

The key to the Word’s healing power is to use it diligently just like you would a medication that had been prescribed by your doctor. Please read or reread “God’s Medicine” posted on 9/18/24 to refresh this truth in your mind and spirit.

Then, use the scriptures and prayer/confessions found in the four “God’s Rx for Health” posts as your supernatural medicine.

Read the Word. Meditate on the Word. Speak the Word only, day after day, after day!

Refuse to doubt! Refuse to give up! Healing is yours!

Father, Grace and I pray that your unconditional love and unfailing mercy would bring healing to all those who have come to this site. Stretch forth your hand to the sick, the hurting, and the weary. Heal them. Restore them. Strengthen them. Fill their hearts with a fresh revelation of your love. Make their lives a testimony of your goodness and your grace. Be glorified in and through them.

In the wonderful name of Jesus, our Healer, we pray, Amen!

But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

Prayer/Confession: Lord, I refuse to be limited by what man says is possible, and I won’t be shaken when they tell me that something is impossible. I put my trust in your Word, which says that all things are possible with you. You healed the helpless. You cured the incurable. You specialized in making the impossible possible. I am excited to see how you are going to turn this “impossible” situation around! It doesn’t even matter if I know how, because I know that you fulfill your promises!

Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful to His Word.

Prayer/Confession: Father, I have determined to speak your Word to any symptoms or diagnosis that might trouble me. I know that by tightly clinging to your Words I will always be victoriously delivered. I will keep a firm grip on your Word. I will wrap my heart tightly around your Word and your Spirit. I know you always keep your Word. You are reliable and trustworthy and are always faithful to your Word. I have hope. I have faith, I have healing. I have victory.

Jeremiah 1:12 (Amplified Classic)
Then said the Lord to me, “You have seen well, for I am alert and active watching over my Word to perform it.”

(Knox Translation) – … “I have my eyes open, watching for the opportunity to carry out my Words.”

Prayer/Confession: Father, you watch over your Word to perform it. You are ever awake and alert, looking for the opportunity to fulfill your Word to me. Your Word says that “you forgive all my iniquities.” And “you heal all my diseases.” Hallelujah! You keep your Word faithfully by your mighty power. You will accomplish, carry out, execute, and bring to pass your Word for healing in my life. You are awesome. You complete and perfect that which concerns me. You are my healer, and you make me whole.

Psalm 107:20-21 (Passion Translation)
²⁰ God spoke the words, “be healed”, and we were healed, delivered from death’s door!
²¹ So lift your hands and give thanks to God for His marvelous kindness, and for His miracles of mercy for those He loves.

NOTE: As we are standing in faith for our healing, or any other type of challenge we may be facing, we should give thanks to the Lord! We should thank Him for healing us, thank Him for every good thing in our lives.

Prayer/Confession: Father, you sent your Word and it healed me, and freed me from corruption and destruction. Your Word contains the ability to perform what it says. You spoke the Words “be healed” to me, and I am healed! Your Word is working in me now. Your Word is healing me now. I lift my hands to thank you, and to praise you, for all your marvelous kindness, and for your miracles of mercy to me. I will sing my story of miracles with a joyful song Hallelujah.

Isaiah 55:10-11
¹⁰ For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater, ¹¹ so shall my Word be that goes forth from my mouth; It shall not return to me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

(Verse 11, Expanded Bible)
The same thing is true of the words I speak, that go out of my mouth. They will not return to me empty. They ·make the things happen that I want to happen (accomplish what I desire and purpose), and they succeed in doing what I send them to do.

Prayer/Confession: Father, your Word is alive and full of power. Your Word is operative, active, energizing, and effective. When you speak a Word, it is so. It is done. It is accomplished. Your Word will never return to you void. It will fulfill your will and your purposes. It will prosper in the thing for which it was sent. It will complete its mission. Your Word declares, “I am healed by Jesus’ stripes”, and it is so! Amen! So be it!
Thank You, Lord, for the incredible gift of Your Word!

How God anointed and consecrated Jesus of Nazareth with the [Holy] Spirit and with strength and ability and power; how He went about doing good and, in particular, curing all who were harassed and oppressed by [the power of] the devil, for God was with Him.

Prayer/Confession: Thank You, Lord, that You are with me, just like You were with Jesus! I am anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power, and I do good and heal all those who are oppressed by the devil, for You are with me, in Jesus’ name.

Mark 1:40-42
⁴⁰ Now a leper came to Him, imploring Him, kneeling down to Him, and saying to Him, “If you’re willing, you can make me clean.” ⁴¹ Then Jesus, moved with compassion, stretched out His hand, and touched him, and said to him, “I am willing; be cleansed.” ⁴² As soon as He had spoken, immediately the leprosy left him and he was cleansed.

(Jerusalem) “Of course, I want to. Be cured!”

( Basic English) “It is my pleasure; be clean!”

(Wuest) “I am desiring it from all my heart. Be cleansed at once.”

NOTE: There is never an example in the Bible where anyone came to Jesus for healing and He said, “no.” Jesus is always willing to heal! That is why He went to the cross and bore all of our sickness and disease.
(See Isaiah 53:4-5 and 1 Peter 2:24.)

Prayer/Confession: Thank you, Lord Jesus, that when I come to you for healing, you are always willing! I believe that You want me healed, healthy and strong. You bore my sin and my sickness, and by your stripes, I am healed!Tha k you for the healing that you provided for me. I receive my healing by faith right now, and I give you praise for it, in Jesus’ name!

Matthew 8:16-17
¹⁶ When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, ¹⁷ that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.”

Prayer/Confession: Jesus, you took my infirmities and sickness upon yourself . You became a curse for me. You became a magnet for all my sin, my shame, and my sickness. You took my illness and disease upon yourself and carried it away. You removed my illness. You carried away my sickness. You destroyed the diseases sent by the enemy to destroy me. I refuse to accept sickness. Disease is not mine. Healing and health are mine. Thank you, Jesus! I am healed! I am free!
