First…

Do you remember when you were conceived? Of course you don’t, but Father-God does! He was right there, and He lovingly watched over you as you grew and developed in your mother’s womb.

¹³ “You formed my innermost being, shaping my delicate inside and my intricate outside, and wove them all together in my mother’s womb. ¹⁴ I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord! ¹⁵ You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place; carefully, skillfully you shaped me from nothing to something. ¹⁶ You saw who you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book. ¹⁷ Every single moment you are thinking of me! How precious and wonderful to consider that you cherish me constantly in your every thought! ¹⁸ O God, your desires toward me are more than the grains of sand on every shore! When I awake each morning, you’re still with me.” (Psalm 139:13-18, The Passion Translation)

But that wasn’t the beginning of His passion for you. He loved you personally, and chose you in Christ, even before He created the universe.
(Ephesians 1:4,5)

He has loved you with an everlasting love. (Jeremiah 31:3) Before you took your first breath of air in this world, He already knew every detail of your life. He already had crafted a customized plan for you to live a beautifully blessed life. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)

He saw you take your first baby steps, and He loved you. He heard you utter your first words, and He loved you. He watched over you in your crib at night, and rejoiced over you, as He sang you a tender lullaby. (Zephaniah 3:17) He saw all your days, hour-by-hour and noticed each tick of your life-clock. Even when you had no time for Him, He had time for you.

He saw your good days, and He rejoiced in your successes. He smiled at your happiness. He saw your bad, dark days, the days when you said and did things that you regretted, things that make you feel guilty and ashamed, even now.

But He never judged you, nor condemned you.
He kept reaching out to you, offering to cleanse you of your sin, and give you His righteousness as a gift. And even though you ignored Him, or worse, rejected Him, He never stopped loving you and believing the best in you, not even for a moment.

He never even noticed your flaws, your faults, or your failures, because He was looking at something else. All He saw was what He created you to be, what He destined you to be. And with every beat of His heart, He loved you with a love beyond love.

He wept when you hurt, when you felt hopeless and defeated, and when you wanted to give up. But He has never given up on you. He has never left you, nor forsaken you, not even for a second.
(Hebrews 13:5)

He foresaw this very moment when you would come to this website and read these words. Please stop reading now…for just a moment… and reflect on that reality.

His Spirit is here with you, as close to you as the breath in your lungs. Right now, at this very moment in time, He is whispering words of mercy and grace to you, urging you to realize His love. (John 3:16) He is gently speaking to you, heart-to-heart, telling you that nothing can ever separate you from His love.

Father-God has already dealt with your sin and your shame. Jesus has already borne your punishment and your pain. (Isaiah 53:4,5) His resurrection victory over death and hell has opened satan’s dark dungeon doors of sin and death. He is calling you by name to come into the light of His life and love. (Colossians 1:13)

He has opened the way for you to be born again, made alive in Him, a brand new creation, filled with His Spirit. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

He’s only longing for one thing, for you to say “yes” to His love. His heart-beat is quickening as He waits to hear that simple affirmation of your faith in Him.

Romans 10:9 says, ” If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” The moment you take that first step of faith, your life will be forever changed. You will become one spirit with Him. (1 Corinthians 6:17) You will be filled with all the fullness of God.
(Ephesians 3:14-19)

Are you ready to begin eternity’s greatest love adventure? He is waiting for your response, as He knocks softly on the door of your heart. (Revelation 3:20)

Will you say “yes”?

Will you invite Him into your life?

Then pray this simple prayer out loud right now: “Father, I know you love me. I know you sent Jesus to take my place, to bear my sins, my shame, and my punishment. Jesus, I believe you died to save me. I believe you were raised from the dead to give me eternal life. Jesus, you are my Savior, and the Lord of my life. I receive you into my heart. I am yours. Thank you, Lord. I will love you and serve you all the days of my life.”
Amen!
